I was wondering if anyone happened to know how Proc damage is scaled in game. I am not looking at Procs that are DoTs (I know that would be condition based), but rather DD (Direct Damage). So an example to this question would be say Fire Blast. Would it be a set X - X damage range, damage based off of a % of your weapons damage, a % of power? etc
I have asked tons of people in game and not one person seemed to have any idea.
Any people on here have info on this? Many thanks ahead of time if you do.
