Smartcast Manager

So I read the thread below about smartcasting, which I am definitely trying tonight, and found this smartcast manager. Has anybody used this? Is this legitimate and effective?

Iirc, Enigma made an Item Set changer which was fully endorsed by Riot before. All this seems to do in fiddle with keybinds. Should be fine.

Yeah there are 3 programs he created on his site, seems pretty awesome if it works

Enigmablade is one of the few things I would actually use for LoL. Their item set is thing was very good and I suspect this is probably pretty good too.

I haven't used it, but it if it is the quality that their other mods have been, then it's definitely worth using is you want something that does what it does.
