Orgrimmar after Garrosh

i wonder what will be of garrosh bunker after the patch? rfc will remain a dungeon, will it be closed or maybe it will be actually used as a city development

well blizzard did say 5.5 should have any permanent changes to orgrimar, could mean anything from simply changing the person in the throne room to whoever the new warchief is to altering some of the terrain to reflect things shown in the raid.

I doubt there will be alot of new stuff. Maybe we get a new room, but that should be about it I guess

1.They cave in the whole thing since it's a reminder of Garroshs reign

2.Use it as a prison, fitting in a sense

3.Use it as huge storage room, that players can put their stuff down there, Horde only of course.

From an interview with Blizz Planet:

Cory: You are not going to see anything dramatically right away. We might end up doing some changes to Orgrimmar over time.
As things move forward and the story develops. There’s still a lot of things to be figured out when 5.4 comes out, and the story plays out for players.
I think then we’ll have a better sense of what we want to do; but there isn't going to be any dramatic changes to Orgrimmar right away.

The answer appears to be leaning towards them having no real plans to change Orgrimmar after 5.4 at least until the next expansion.

The Underhold or whatever it's called will just be flooded or something conveniently tying up all loose ends. Orgrimmar will be noticeably damaged but nothing too drastic and repaired in a later patch, quite possibly less spiky.

Oh I agree, but I'd imagine the next regime would like to distance itself from the former.

This is the only thing I'm expecting. I'm not allowing myself to speculate anymore lol. They'll be standing there trying to figure out what to do for the next six months lol.

Personally I hated old Orgrimmar. It felt so ridiculously inferior to Stormwind. I see no valid reason why they would regress back to more primitive buildings by removing the fortifications. At least I hope.

I would really love it if the warchief's bunker was moved elsewhere in the city, somewhere further to the back rather than at the front door. I want the bank to be in that primary spot again and wider auction houses like it used to be. I do like the updated structure designs, but what I really never liked was the changes to the actual shaping of the ground in a number of areas. And the lifts. Get rid of the damn lifts and go back to ramps.

Yeah it's a stupid thing to whinge about it but I hate the lifts. They don't fit the style of the city IMO and when playing lower level alts they're just an annoyance to wait around for.

But mostly, put the bank back there and widen the AH.

Unless Blizzard feels it necessary to move the RFC instance portal there's no way to get to Underhold without making another entrance.

Just move the start of RFC a bit deeper in and have it sort of branch off? dunno. could be done though
