From the poll I'd say Tears In Heaven, specially when you know the story behind it.
Other songs that affect me would be Unforgiven by Metallica and So far Away by Avenged Sevenfold. I'm not even that big of a fan of Avenged Sevenfold, but that song really got to me, a really great and sad song at the same time.
