Geariong up new character for PvE.

Hey guys!
I started new character on US coz I moved there and I'm not sure how to gear up in MoP coz there's no heroics like ZG or ZA in Cata.

1. Heroic dungs
2. LFR
3. Valor items?

Once 5.4 hits (next week, 10th) you can get 489/496 ilvl items for Justice Points, 522 items for VP (whose cost will be lowered), and 535 items for Endless Coins. Currently I wouldn't spend VP till the patch.
Obviously LFR is still there, but JP will be a really easy ilvl-bump come next patch.
