[H] INDEF 10s are currently seeking 1 Ranged DPS for Heroic Progression

Hi! We're INDEF, a closely knit guild who have been raiding Hardmodes together for over 5 years. If you're looking for a pedigree we have a history of making the most of a small, 6 hour per week raid schedule. We are currently 8/13 H TOT, and pride ourselves on getting Hardmode bosses down quickly while tailoring our strats to our strengths so we can easily repeat kills. Our raid members regularly rank on World of Logs and are constantly trying to hone our skills while having a great time.

We are currently looking for a new Ranged DPS to join us in our adventures in Azeroth. We would prefer one of the following:

- Mage
- Shadow Priest
- Warlock

but would be willing to look at other exceptional ranged classes on a case by case basis. We need you to be an experienced DPS, with a focus on maximising your output in both Single and Multi-target situations. You must be a keen theorycrafter and keep totally up-to-date on your class and opportunities to improve your output. You must also have good survivability and mobility. We insist that you be able to both take and give constructive criticism. We have a zero tolerance drama policy that keeps us happy and healthy.

You would need to have near-perfect attendance as we do not keep players on the bench. That being said, we are very understanding when RL needs trump WoW and encourage players to seek a life outside the game so that when the time does come to raid, we can’t wait to get in there.

We have an 18+ age requirement (we are mostly in our late 20’s and early 30’s), have both men and women on our team and are LGBT friendly!

Sunday: 7:00 - 10:00 PM AEST (UTC +10)
Monday: 7:00 - 10:00 PM AEST (UTC +10)

Flex Raiding Hours (purely optional)

Wednesday: 7:30 - 10:00 PM AEST (UTC +10)
