It's hard to be surprised by anything regarding Incognito.

Anyone understand why McCarthy didnt throw the challenge flag on that 3rd down out of bounds call, when its the 2nd quarter, he has 3 time outs, and the replay clearly shows his guy inbounds with both feet dragging.
