Flex is too hard. It's harder than LFR.

Bullshit statement right? No. Because you'll likely be running Flex with the LFR crowd, outside of your guild pugs or organized weekly groups. It's basically LFR on steroids while the capabilities of your co-players haven't increased along with it.

I did flex with some folks from another server not super duper geared but good players. killed first 3 a few wipes because people where learning but other than that not bad at all. 10/10 would do again.

Flex is just what it supposed to be. A sweet place for normal raiders to gear alts and carry friends without being forced to carry afk'ing idiots in LFR in process.
Flex is challenging enough for raid made of characters in 505-515 ilvl. Not that you have to overcome tight enrages, or have requirements on healing, although bosses mechanics still is deadly enough for people to quickly learn not to stand in shit and do what they should.
10/10. Great job, Blizz. I'm quite sad you didn't invent this earlier, we could have our 45 guildies not leaving wow due to having no raid spots.

from what people who tried flex over the weekend not just after release when eveyr single hc raider was running it most trade pugs disbands on norushen
differnet thing if its real premade group those runs are really fun but again they consist mainly from experie3nce raiders -_- flex will be good eventually when people will get some gear from it and then some gear from normal but for those who hope to clear whole flex in +/- 520 itlv never gonna happen - lfr will still atackt wide crowd of people who just cba for gearing up alts unless it will be alt run of hc raiding guild -_- lfr offers just so much easier to obtain gear.

Just normal mode with a 30% nerf basically. They didn't go out of their way to gut the fights like they do in LFR.
