ElvUI: Secondary Resource Bar (UNITFRAMES)

No luck on the Tukui forums, so I'll ask here as well:

How do you remove the secondary resource bar that appears when you get into shapeshift form as a druid (if mana is not at 100%)?

Also: is there a way to change the colour on the text that displays over my health bar/mana bar?

Unsure if u have figured this out yet, but if you type /ec in game it brings up to config menu.

in there go down to unitframes, player frame then on the right u should see a drop down menu saying stuff like health, castbar, resource and stuff. it should be udner resource and you can enable/disable it.
