Warrior problems

So I am currently gearing up my warrior, and I have been purchasing gems for my gear and I'm over hit cap atm.

So my questions are this: Is Noxxic's gem's and enchant guidelines for fury warriors good to use?

If so, and since I'm over hit cap, can I switch out the crit + hit gems for crit + stam.

And if not what is a good website to learn more about my class.

There is a massive post on MMO-Champion in the Warrior section.
Also when you are overcapped that proberbly means you can reforge the remaining hit on gear to another stat as the bonus (if above 60 strenght if I recall correctly) is not worth losing.

Just realize that warriors are VERY Gear dependent so don't expect to do insane amount of dps untill you start getting higher gear.
For Arms this is somewhat less true but for Fury it relies very much on gear.
