I'm thinking Hearthstone expansion is definitely the way to go with this.

Should easily be able to tell what the TM is for (game/book/toys, etc) based on its nice classification.

Hearthstone and Diablo are 9 and 41.9 Computer game software, computer game discs, downloadable computer game software, computer game software downloadable from a global computer network, interactive multimedia computer game program; downloadable electronic game software for use on portable electronic devices such as mobile and cellular phones, laptops, handheld computers, and tablet PCs.
41 Entertainment services, namely, providing on-line computer games, providing computer games that may be accessed via a global computer network, providing online news and information in the field of computer games.
Is 41 required when you can purchase things for real money in game? Would make sense then given the Blizzard In-game Store coming.

So we already know Blizzard can hide trademarks in Swaziland. Why, after successfully doing so with Hearthstone, would they then throw something even bigger up in plain sight?

Hearthstone's description is "9 Computer game software; downloadable computer game software; computer game software downloadable from a global computer network; downloadable electronic games via the internet and wireless devices; interactive multimedia computer game program" because it's digital only. Heroes of the Storm mentions physical version
This is definitely the expansion IMO

I like the idea of it being a WoW expac name. Gives a bit more of an upbeat feeling to it already.
