Flex team composition

Hi guys. Im new to flex raiding and was wondering how a team composition would look like.
What bosses require 2 tanks? And how healers do you need at x number of dps?

2 tanks. 1 healer per 4-6 people depending on how well geared you are and which part you're doing. Rest is DPS.

What the above poster said is kind of accurate. I myself normally pick up 2 tanks 3 heals and 9 dps resulting in 14 raiders. If the healers are better geared might reduce it to 2 and take 1 more dps while retaining same number of players. But to be honest, even 2 tanks 2 heals and 6 dps will do the job.
