I'm planning on upgrading my pc but I dont know what I should upgrade.

So I've got the following specs:

    CPU Type:
    AMD FX(tm)-8120 Eight-Core Processor
    CPU Speed:
    3.17 GHz
    System Memory:
    8.57 GB
    Video Card Model:
    NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT
    Video Card Memory:
    4.27 GB
    Hard Disk Size:
    258.93 GB
    PSU: 380w (Antec)

I'm planning on upgrading my gaming computer but I'm not sure what I should upgrade next in order to not get any sort of bottle-necks.
I was thinking perhaps the video card but I'm not sure if I should perhaps change my current procesor or perhaps get some more ram.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

    Edit:

    Budget: 130€
    Resolution: 1680x1050
Games/Settings desired: Hopefully something good enough to run latest game on mid-high graphic options.
    Country: Spain
Parts that can be reused: I'm planning to keep the same pc just want to replace parts but I just dont know what I should exactly replace next.
    OS: Windows 7
Peripherals: I'm good with periferals atm.

A good place to start is by filling out the Build Help Sticky, so we know what budget, as well as other things to work with.

In the meantime, I'll move this to the Upgrade Help subforum.

Graphics card by a mile. What is your power supply? Right now the best bang for your buck card is the Nvidia GTX 760 for ~$250, but you will notice large gains from cheaper cards as well. The GTX 660 is a good deal as well and should be in your price range. Also AMD is about to release a new set of cards which may tilt things in their favor, or at the very least lower Nvidia prices.

I've got a 380w power supply, im guessing I would also have to upgrade this aswell if I get a more powerful graphics card? :P
If I get a new psu, what wattage should I be aiming for? would 500w be enough?
