    New Build and Monitor

Ok, so my budget is about 2,000 tops. I need a new tower, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers.

The main purpose will be a gaming rig.

I'll post my current list here in a sec, but I'm looking for recommendations on monitors (really can't see myself spending more than 300 tops on a monitor)

Case - Cooler Master HAF X (Open to suggestions?)
    CPU - i5-4670k
    PSU - Corsair AX760
    Heatsink - Thermaltake Frio
    Motherboard - Asus Z87-Plus
    Memory - 16gb G.Skill DDR3 1600
    Graphics Card - GTX 770
Hard Drive - Wester Digital 1tb Caviar Black
    SSD - Intel 530 Series 240gb
DVD - ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner - Bulk - OEM
    Blu-ray - ASUS Black Blu-ray Drive SATA Model BC-12B1ST/BLK/B/AS - OEM

    Monitor - Asus VE258Q 25"
    Keyboard - Steelseries Apex
    Mouse - Razer Naga
    Speakers - Logitech Z523

Just looking for thoughts and advice. Any parts overkill? I'm not looking to be super overclock extreme or whatever. I just want a solid high end gaming rig.

changed the gpu to the 780, it is not at all necessary for 1080p as the 770 will mostly max out everything, though for future proof u could go for the 780.

as for the peripherals thats really up to you. i myself always have and probably will play with the logitech mx518 and a cheap cherry keyboard (20$) which i exchange now and then if it gets to dirty.. never actually felt the need going for a 100 $ + keyboard where it only takes two drops of water to ruin it.

anyhow you should wait for the new amd cards. you might get a lot better bang for buck with those.
