SoO trinkets in PvP

Hi

I just checked the loot table in SoO and noticed some pretty awesome trinkets. So I was wondering would it be worth it? The LFR Ilvl is 528 where the PvP is 522. That means the Trinket will be lowered to 522 or what? I heard some say it will be lowered to 512. What is right here?

In patch 5.3 PvE trinkets got nerfed, I'm also wondering if the 5.4 trinkets are the same in pvp as they are in pve - Any thoughts?

Then again, after 5.4 PvP trinkets got a set bonus with resilience. Is this resilience a must or what? I would like to see some math behind this.

Overall will you guys be using the pve trinkets and which ones?

For me I'd like
wowhead.com/item=104976 but not really sure actually as I play a healer. But I'd like to try it out

My warrior partner would very much like to get wowhead.com/item=104993

My Lock Partner would very much like wowhead.com/item=105150

What do you guys think about this, is it worth it?

they get downgraded to 512

All non-grievous gear is scaled down - including the procs from those trinkets. You also lose nearly 10% damage reduction from not using two PvP trinkets. In most (if not all) cases, PvP trinkets will be the best to use this season.
