How does the Wrathguards +20% damage work in to the equation? Does it go X(Y+20) or (X+20) * Y?

X = Felguard base damage
Y = Mastery %

Using addition in this case is completely wrong as the 20% damage increase is a multiplicative factor and therefore 1.2*X or 1.2x. Thus, in which order the buffs are applied do not matter
