Paragon vs Lich King
SK vs Muru
The Lich King and Muru vids were extremely well edited, but I still favor Curse's vanilla vids. That time period was the pinnacle of pve in WoW, and they bring back a lot of great memories of my own guild doing the same thing.

Fura was a damn beast video editor back then, loved his vids when he was editing them.
Edit: For as good as WoW videos were then, but obviously can't compare to now ;P

SK gaming vs Kil'jaeden, the music was epic. Nerd screams were epic. To this day it sends chills down my spine. and Nihilum vs Kel'thuzad 40 man was great. Mainly because the song played during is beautiful.

I don't see how people wouldn't list Paragon vs Lich king/Ragnaros in their top 3.
Other than that I'd say Ensidia vs Algalon is neat.

Blackwinglair the movie by Curse have always been the most epic raidvideo for me. the music is just incredible

Exorsus vs. Dark Animus heroic was pretty good!

Paragon vs Lich King 25man heroic has some epic in-game quotes and the music fits perfectly, and I'd definitely put it ahead of any other raid boss movie.
Paragon vs Ragnaros heroic is pretty good because of the quality and because of how good the boss fight is.
Ensidia vs Algalon has great music and the boss fight itself has some amazing scenery
SK Gaming vs Kil'jaeden has very good editing, especially how the music fits with the boss quotes.
