Will the power supply be able to handle that graphics card with a fx 8350?
I dont plan to ever overclock.

I also forgot to mention that i linked a bronze certified psu when i actually have a gold certified one so i dont know how much that would help in this situation.

Wont have any issue, actually its complete overkill to make you understand.

Even if FX 8350 eats a lot of Watt at load, you wont be running that high, your actual usage will probably hover at 300-320W or so.

Personally I would do a 700 watt. I have the 8350 with a 680GTX FTW + 4GB and have no issues but to be safe go with a 700watt corsair, if you wanna take the risk and beat on a 500watt for go it.

If you dont overclock the 8350 it would be fine. But the moment you start overclocking I would no longer trust it.
    MoBo: MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming | CPU: Intel 4770k @ 4.5Ghz | GPU: MSI Radeon RX 580 4Gb | RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB @ 1866Mhz | Storage: Intel 730 Series 480GB SSD, ADATA SU800 256GB, Hitachi Deskstar 3TB HDD | PSU: SeaSonic X Series 80+ Gold 850W | Cooler: NZXT Kraken x62 | Case: NZXT H510 Elite

The FX 8350 uses about 200 watts at maximum and the 7970 runs just under 200W during heavy gaming(Crysis 2 maxed at 1080p) and it can reach 250w+ during furmark stress testing( but your never going to put that kind of load on it while gaming), so a 550W should work as long as it's a decent quality.

If you want to get a bit stronger PSU, you can find a EVGA 750W for $79.99 with a $20 rebate at Microcenter. If you haven't bought the Rosewill yet, I would spend the extra $10 and get the EVGA to give you some headroom for overclocking.
If you must insist on using a non-sanctioned sitting apparatus, please consider the tensile strength
of the materials present in the object in question in comparison to your own mass volumetric density.

In other words, stop breaking shit with your fat ass.
