    2p t16 shadow

so the way i understand it, is that, when shadowy recall procs, itll now do 140% dmg? as itll do additional 100% damage, but can this crit too? just like normal spells, because if it is that way, then, the additional 40% dmg is only IF it crits, becauser if itll do 140% damage then mastery is alot better then crit?

Nope, additional 40% dmg will be added only to crits from mastery proc. So you need to get proc, and then this proc need to be a crit, and then 2pt16 will work and add 40% (total 140%)

Stat weights are still "officially' up in the air a bit right now, but the current simulationcraft has been freed of bugs, and personal sims have confirmed what's generally circulating as the likely way to go: haste to 14873 > crit > mastery > more haste. Basically, crit affects everything (which is why crit>mastery before the UVLS and 2pc t15), and the t16 2pc isn't enough to really change that, especially when crit does affect the 2pc t16 proc positively. A more thorough batch of sims from Twintop is impending, though.

    Why 14873 ? shouldn't it be around 18200 for gcd cap ?

Simming puts crit/mastery pretty close together for me, should I go crit over mastery?
