why they still posting about SoO, 5.4, 5.4.1... and do not tell anything about upcoming expansion?? (The Dark Below??)

The Dark Below was a fake, and even if it wasn't, they wouldn't talk about their next expansion prior to the announcement at BlizzCon.

Maybe The Dark Below is the one after Warlords? As i recall a piece of info that said "blizzard now have a few more expansions already lined up for when warlords ends".
