Probably water walk. The actual fatigue distance isn't that great.

They probably use a 2 seater flying mount. Recruit a friends can also summon.

Can't comment on the first part, but you can get ferried there on a 2-seat mount, or summoned. Might even be able to swim/corpse kite? I haven't tried.

Basically if you're a DoT class, the caterpillars and baby yaks will provide you will a constant stream of exp. It's a bit faster than questing and far more enjoyable if you understand that "dot + run = yay" and "attack + stand there = death."

You can just swim there. I didn't find the xp good though, probably because I went there as a melee.
I did get some early coins and gear though, before hitting 90 the normal way instead.

If you're desperate you could also just take a fatigue death or two to get there.

swiming normal speed + blinking worked for me.

Any numbers though? Monkey runs are netting 10-17m/hour. I'm curious how this would compare because I still have 2 (or maybe 3) alts to level up.
