With 3 screens you should order a GPU with more VRAM. GTX770's 2GB is way too low to run that many screens effectively (in SLI VRAM is mirrored so you still have 2GB). I'd go for GTX670 4GB / HD7970 etc.

As for what to spend the money on? Honestly I'd get a new pair of headphones. Gaming headsets are nice, and generally do what you need... but for the money you can do much better. I had a Steelseries Siberia headset for the longest time. After discussing it with 2 friends who happen to be audiophiles, they convinced me that "gaming" headsets were gimmicky and that sound quality would go way way up with a quality pair of drivers clamped around my head as opposed to something that just looked fancy and had a mic attached. To that end I got myself a pair of AudioTechnica headphone (Though Sennheisers are good too) and a clip-on microphone. I cannot overstate how right they were. These headphones allow sounds to come through that I didn't even know were in the games before. I will never go back.

Or you can also get a low-profile closed-loop cooling system. They're super quiet and effective.
Funnily enough I produce music as well so I got a decent set of studio headphones + yamaha hs80's. So sound isn't an issue for me ha.

low profile closed loop cooling system? very clueless care to explain please?

water cooling sounds very interesting but seems like such a hassle!

He's heavy audio-editing, which, while less intense than rendering, taxes the ~CPU nonetheless. That's why I pushed for the ASRock Fatal1ty over the standard fare. Alternatives include the Z87 G1 Sniper from Gigabyte and the Z87 GD65, but those are much more expensive than the ASRock.
