Probably cuz u have the meta gem and legendary cloak, some rppm trinkets, that kind of stuff change the priority of the reforge.

Because Haste will more often than not be a single target damage increase if you're allowed to sit on the boss non-stop and there are no adds. Mastery is better with adds, downtime and has larger swings (potentially lower than Haste, but also potentially higher) that Haste doesn't usually suffer from.

However, there's an entire thread on Assassination that's gone over this a dozen times.

Mastery is actually a much, much better stat when there is downtime. Where haste doesn't provide anything besides a small amount of energy regen (which will be wasted if you cap) while off target, mastery still does a large amount of damage via Deadly Poison and Venomous Wounds.

Misinformation sidenote: haste does not affect the vast majority of trinkets at this time. Cloak + meta are the big RPPM contributors.
