CPU integrated graphics for office PC

I'm in the process of choosing parts for an office PC for my dad (using mainly MS Office, some surfing, a little bit of Youtube, ...). He's currently using a 1024x768 monitor and he doesn't know yet whether he will buy a 1920x1080 one. I think it would be best to assume a 1920x1080 since he will probably use that PC for a long time.

Now, I'm mainly looking at these two CPUs:

    Intel Pentium G2030
    AMD A6-5400k

As I understand it, the G2030 seems to have more processing power, whereas the A6-5400k has much better integrated graphics.

The PC won't have any dedicated GPU and the most demanding graphical application would probably be 1080p Youtube (no gaming or other 3D stuff, Photoshop, CAD etc.). The question is now, should I take the A6-5400k so he won't have any problems playing videos, or is that already overkill since the G2030 integrated graphics are actually enough for his uses? If the graphical capabilities of the G2030 are enough, I will take that one.

Edit: OS will probably be Windows 8, if that even makes a difference.

The Pentium will do just fine, AMD will be faster in gaming but nowhere else.
