I messed around trying to set one up and its telling there are four spell choices, so it never goes off. Anyone have a working one?

I tried that, still shows four options available, and then will never trigger once the encounter starts and I get it. But very much appreciate the response.

Contrary to what you might think Gift of the Titans is actually a Debuff. If you have your aura set to Player - Buff you will need to change that.
I ran into that issue at first as well."A raid is when a bunch of people who play the game too much get together to play the game some more"
