Malkorok self healing as a tank??

As a tank if I self heal during Malkorok do I add "points" to my shield?
Would my frenzied reformation healing be significant enough that I should if...I have the rage to do so?

Yes, it will add to your shield, and you should. Specifically at the start of the fight to get a big bubble right away.

Certainly does- Can't speak for druids but I personally do roughly 200k as a paladin
