no 2k is like flex/normal. "heroic" would be glad or hota/hoth

below 1550 is flex. 1600 is about normal and 1800 is heroic. At least imo.

No it isn't it took me 1 day to get to 1800 as a relaxing player who casually does pve and pvp.

2000+ is normal 2200+ heroic.

Every comp has a modus operandi vs other comps. It's hardly "ever changing," especially at higher ratings.
