So many of you so positive that there's nothing special about it.

    Negative for absolutely no reason.

Going to laugh my ass off when it turns out to be something planned an intentional. And hey, if not then I lose nothing. In the meantime, it's a little fun to be effortlessly hopeful about something like that.
Mountains rise in the distance stalwart as the stars, fading forever.

People were the same way about the Cataclysm earthquakes at first too (people were reporting them as early as 3.1) - they were subtle and a lot of people thought they were imagining them. Others shot them down. And then they got more frequent and lasted longer...

It's either bugged pet, or those cosmetic, invisible mobs that cause the earthquake.
One should be atop Stormwind auction house.

Ive heard quite alot about these. Is there really earthquake rabbits, or is that just an expression? Cuz that'd be hilarious.

    What's making them?
Could it be related to the giant bomb defusing mission under the cathedral? I have no idea what happens if you fail.

It's a term. Blizzard uses invisible NPCs called bunnies to create certain effects and force specific actions. I believe it is because they need to have the spell/scene/camera tied to an NPC in order for it to work. If you want to see a list - though be mindful that there are some actual normal NPCs in the list - you can search WoWDB with the term 'bunny', like so.

If its not a hunter pet its a Kun-Kai Runt.... Sometimes you can hear an explosion aswell in Dwarven district, which means someone is doing the Twilight Highlands introduction quest.

Isn't this what people were saying when the pre-Cata event involved actual earthquakes? Not that I think Blizz would re-do it, but yeah. They have started events subtly as this...

Could also be a rogue using glyph of disguise and looking like a mob that creates earthquakes?

There's a lot of thoughts that some random event (a person passing by with Pet X or item Y) is occurring in multiple places throughout the world. Were it just in the city, I'm sure that would seem like a logical explanation. But it's not just in the city. It's been reported in multiple places throughout the world (and Jade Forest seems to be a major place for them, in a location where there's no tremor causing mobs).

The simplest explanation instead of hoping for sheer happenstance at this point is they're intentional on the part of the designers.

It seems kind of silly to think that Blizzard would use the same mechanic as a prelude to the next expansion that they already used for the previous expansion.

They can't roll on our gear anymore, so we have to blame Hunters for something.

Is there any pattern behind these tremors?

Could always hope that Queen Aszhara is moving the continental plates or whatever preparing to raise things from the depths of the sea. or sink things, but prbly abit more simple just to put out more land instead of changing the world once again.
