if you filter dungeon journal by spec, that shows what you can coin

Also if you look at the stats compared to other items, it's also better, making it more likely it's a rare drop. It has three sockets and a higher socket bonus (180 vs 120) compared to other shoulder items.

And sockets are red Pfui

i'm pretty sure the tank in my guild got them from roll so you don't need to worry on topic they do exist but the drop rate is crazy low around 0.11% , with that said its lower than some very sort after mounts such ashes

wowhead reports this unavailable in game but many upvotes say it still drops but being of the rarest items in game? could only find 1 or 2 in game screenshots

I saw them drop for the first time last week, on heroic while farming BoA's.

I think they're low drop rate because they may just be really good shoulders? Maybe it is just the fact they're lore items. But then, Gorehowl isn't a low drop rate like that, and has arguably more lore behind it.
