Hey guys, so my friend is going to make a pc soon, which he will be using mostly for video editing. He's switching from mac to pc, and I'm helping him find the parts he needs. Here's what I have so far: His budget is around 1700-1800 euros.

My questions are: does he need a video card? All he really does is edit video/images. ANY changes you would make are very welcome! Eg: go for a 4770k instead of the new 4820k, 32gb ram overkill etc etc. The PSU is obviously overkill, but I want to know if he needs a GPU or not before I lower it
Any help/tips are welcome!
