Should be fake, for many reasons posted. Would also be terrible with giving ethereal to alliance only, when they are mostly a neutral group. Instant 85 is highly unlikely as well, unless this is some sort of perk thing like the instant 80 for bringing a player back.
I would like to see ethereal playable, and a demon hunter class. It does seem to lean towards the expansion being 90-100 but could just as easily be 90-95 (to give an excuse for players to use the boa weapons through two expansions on alts, so they wouldn't have to make more boa boss drops until later). December is VERY unlikely, could be astonishingly wrong here, but I would say early next year at the very earliest.

Could see 'some love for alts' implemented but not in that extreme manner either.
Also Ethereals Alliance? I doubt that sincerely, they want to be able to deal with everybody, they're the Ferengi of WOW really...

The image the OP posted has to be mega fake. The grammar is all non-sense (English isn't my primary language, but even so I can spot some weird stuff going on in that picture). Second of all, what do the Mo'arg have to do with anything? I mean I've played BC and all I've seen was that they're just some random enemies you would fight and that's that. Maybe I didn't read my lore correctly, but still would seem way off to have Mo'arg added to Horde, and Ethereals... don't know what to say, as I know they were Neutral.
