I was thinking more a city for the Horde Ogres to live in and a new dungeon can be in the mountain near the Steam Pools.
Feralas should also belong the Horde as well and even the Alliance presence should be removed to.
Also it can be used by Ogres and other races of the Horde.
Some place for the Freewind Tauren and they make a Freewind Refuge in Dire Maul and having more to do with the place for the Horde.

For the Horde!
Lip service... I would be entirely shocked if anything Varian says at the end of SoO comes to pass. Dealing with Sylvanas and recovering Gilneas? I will be shocked to pieces if either occurs. If they do, it will be entirely offscreen and the dan 6.0 drops things will have "changed" without our participation. They like doing that to Alliance a lot.
By what merit? Feralas belong the Highborne exiled there, even if their grasp on the land is tenuous at best, and by that merit, the Alliance. Considering the Ogres you'd likely be allying with would be based out of Dustwallow rather than Feralas, a more logical suggestion would be to convert Dustwallow into a Horde zone. It's also not in the middle of nowhere, Feralas links to 1k Needles and Stonetalon Mountains, neither of which are follow on zones for level 10-12's while Dustwallow links to Northen Barrens, an ideal leveling zone for 10-12's.
The question is then where to put Dalaran; Hillsbrad where it used be? Have it land in Dustwallow and phase the zone for the leveling experience then have them actively fight against the Alliance presence in the zone?
Hey at least your city got all smashed up. All we got was a big gate in front of Mulgore.

I'm not saying it's impossible but it's unlikely given it's disruptive to low level quest zones and Blizzard is hesitant about investing resources in the old world because people got their panties in such a wad over Cata.
Blizzard has pretty much come out and said that their priorities are like:
Content / endgame / balance issues / gameplay >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> lore
Vol'jin walks up and taunts Garrosh right before his execution, Garrosh breaks free, kills Vol'jin with one of Mannoroth's tusks, and before anyone else can react and attack Garrosh, Anduin strikes him down with a massive Holy Fire, incinerating him with grim determination while everyone stares on in complete surprise.
(And then Lor'themar for leader)
That's what I want to see.
You can always dream, eh?
I highly doubt this would happen. Even after being leveled by the Legion, invaded by Scourge, fighting the Nexus War, and battling the LK, Dalaran maintained a non-martial atmosphere.
Dalaran had been destroyed but not vanquished. The Kirin Tor had returned and rebuilt the mage capital, protecting it with a dome of violet magic, until the time had come for Dalaran to flourish anew as a hovering city. From here, the city-state had been the central focus of the Nexus War against Malygos, and, later, the fight against the Lich King. Yet one would find little here that was martial. Dalaran was at its best, and its populace happiest, when knowledge and learning were its greatest concerns.

I agree that Garrosh is going to be important in the next expansion. Right now, there's really no good reason for us to spare his life at the end of the raid. Especially after killing all of his supporters, both strong and weak. It's silly.
Garrosh had BETTER be important to the story arc. Maybe he gets a call from Kil Jaeden or something...or kills Turelyon after he returns from whatever world he's been trapped in for years...so many good possibilities here! And they are all better than pandaland.
If anything the current relations are more like Vanilla, there will never be peace between the two factions. Tyrande outright says that she's willing to concede Azshara to the Horde for lumber, so long as they leave Ashenvale for good. Varian says that we're going to retake Gilneas, most likely so that the Worgen don't have a single tree, in a forest of trees upon a tree, for a Home. That already indicates that there'll be the same fragile peace we had back at the start, no outright war between the two factions but individual factions fighting against one another for a specific point.
Yeah, Orges can have a peice of Feralas as a capital city, it would be better if they took the steam pools instead of a place with 3 dungeons in it. It's like taking away the 3 dungeons or putting them in a horde capital.
Horde is gonna get Zul'Dare pretty soon. Undermine the goblin capital island, and Alliance doesn't even have a tangible race to join them yet.

The war is over, but battles will always be fought. Alliance needs to reclaim what the horde took from them during Cataclysm, and now is the time to do that.
