Old PvP titles

Hello everyone!
I dont know if this is this right place to post this kind of question and if it aint please redirect me
I want to start playing my Rogue(alliance) again and he has one of the level 6 rank titles(Think its 8 or 9) but the problems is I'm playing horde now. So my question is, if I faction change him from alliance to horde, does he lose the pvp title?
The title would be cool to have but if it doesnt transfer over to its counterpart on the horde side i'd rather save some cash and just level up a new toon.
Any help much appreciated
