    KGpanels and transparency

I'm trying to make a simple bit of artwork for KGpanels, but I'm completely stuck. I've managed to make the .tga file in photoshop, with an Alpha channel, but whenever I try to load it in KGpanels it's just a solid green block. I tried using another .tga file I'd downloaded, and it worked.

The image at the top is the one I downloaded, and the one below is the one I've made myself. For whatever reason, it refuses to work!

I've tried following various guides and tutorials, but it's difficult as the versions of Photoshop varies quite a bit, and I'm not exactly a wizard in the program.

These are the tutorials I've tried to follow:

Does anybody know of any current, updated guides on how to do this? I'm using Photoshop CS6.

Is the size of the image a power of 2? IE 256x256, 512x512, 128x512, etc.

As long as it is, you should be able to import it just fine.

A solid green block can also mean that it cannot find the image.
Are you sure that the location you are pointing to is correct.

Effin' hell, I'd botched the image height... Well, at least I learned a lot more about alpha channels.

Glad you resolved it, and unlike many didn't follow it up with just a "Solved it".
Stating the reason is a good help, and I for one thank you for providing the links which are a good reference.
