Bandages. Glyphed Evocation/Rune of Power. That is about it, unless you count Temporal Shield and HP Pots.

Alter time and Ice Barrier (blocks dmg that otherwise needed to be healed) counts as well technically, although who on earth would use AT primarily to self-heal raid-wide dmg...

In addition to the above answers; get a druid to symbiosis you. You'll get Healing Touch on a 10 sec cd IIRC.

They get a cast-time heal from Druids, under Symbiosis.

Rule of Thumb: If the healer's HPS is higher than your DPS, you're doing it wrong.

juggernought tank trinket gives a nice selfheal.

asfor for timeless isle, there is a buff you can get that when procsed heals for 60k. Mages are fine, i dont think theres anything we cant solo on timeless isle except the raidbosses.

Mages can solo anything on timeless isle. If you get any of the altar buffs (25% haste+crit) combined with some of the item on-use effects like increased stats and 60k dmg/heals literally anything dies in sub 30 secs, even the 23million mobs.

    EDIT: As fire.

For soloing content. GI is significantly better and only half the cooldown if you're allowed to invis.
Still wondering why I play this game.
I'm a Rogue and I also made a spreadsheet for the Order Hall that is updated for BfA.

If you're soloing, going invis will almost certainly reset the fight.

Which is why I said Cold Snap is better, for soloing content.

"For soloing content." was referring to Cold Snap because that's what I quoted. Cold Snap is typically useless outside of PvP and soloing as GI and Cauterize will surpass it on almost every other scenario due to lower cooldowns and more powerful survivability.
