Spawning an extra iron star (or even two when you intended to spawn none) is actually surprisingly easy. When you're still trying to sort of figure out how exactly are you going to do the phase and attempting to get your first kill, those extra iron stars are never a good thing. We definitely wiped on them a few pulls at least.
