Does boost to 90 mean you can skip MoP?

Buy a new account. Make a level 1. Attach WoD. Boost to 90, go directly to Draenor.

Doable, or will Blizzards require MoP on an account that's getting WoD?

Yes,you must have MoP purchased and installed on your PC,and yes,you can skip all MoP content so you don't break your immersion.

I don't see why not? Max level content in MoP is 90, no reason to go there once you're 90 and the only direction is up towards level 100.

For a single character, yes - but you'll still have to buy MoP.
Looking for Raid: you will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. Come - we must be cautious.

This question is relevant to my interests - I skipped MOP, and though I liked a lot of the things Blizzard did in MOP I didn't think it was worth the money. For all my hatred of time travel, Garrisons, expanded flex raiding, and OMG Draenei lore galore have me pretty interested in WoD... just maybe not two expansions' cost worth of interested.
