    hah, yeah, I've seen some other games ripping off wow models(not just icons) xD it was quite hillarious.

    nothing special for facebook game, 90% of them are chinese trash, they always steal things(models, ideas etc.)

    seen a mixture of facebook games using textures from other games, advertisements seem to be the worse, lately its been advertisements of battles with pokemon themed battle in the advertisement but the actual game was no were near it

    Lol.

    I've seen lots of games (most of them Korean) that used stolen WoW icons, most of them horribly butchered to look slightly different.

    If they're stealing things like item icons, they probably also ripped off all the other art assets as well.

    Yup. I have a tower defense game on my phone called Lair defense, it uses quite a few models from WoW.

    I'm pretty sure that's a WoW icon for some gem they just monochromed.

    Most of the icons have been color saturated.
