No, nothing was stated at Blizzcon yesterday. My guess is there won't be one this time because they announced it in the opening ceremony last time.
You're not allowed to discuss conspiracy theories on mmo-champion, which makes me wonder what they're trying to hide.

i, for one, would love one. I despite the fact i had one for mop but this WoD looks so much more promising.

The Annual Pass was great value the last time around, it saved me a lot of money. It wouldn't save me as much this time due to my cancelled WoW sub, but I'd consider it still depending on how expensive it would be.

There are two main reasons they won't do the annual pass this time:
1) CS headaches the last time (cancellations, the "you're in Beta" outcry)
2) Expac probably due in 6 months; last time they were looking at 10-11 months.You're not allowed to discuss conspiracy theories on mmo-champion, which makes me wonder what they're trying to hide.
