Did Blizzard just hotfix an ilvl requirement onto Awakened LFR?

Just curious. We finally killed siegecrafter last week but might have a couple roster issues that would change up conveyor belt teams (new people learning belt) for our next raid. If we could kill it on normal and still switch back to heroic for paragons I might do that to maximize our progression on them this week.

Can you pull paragons on heroic if you don't kill sc heroic that week?

Only thing that should have any requirement to do the fight on Heroic is Garrosh.
