Is it just me or is there now a 4th quartermaster for pvp vendors?

I don't always remember seeing that goblin there all the time... is there a 4th one for alliance too now?

There is 4 vendors for the following:

Honor Gear Vendor
Conquest Gear Vendor
Elite Conquest Gear Vendor
Conquest (for honor) Gear Vendor

They took out the latter two at the start of the season when there was the bug with some people having massive conquest caps. Last week, people with big caps from RBGs or high arena rating started earning enough conquest to use the vendors legitimately so they put them back in.
