Too much haste on my gear

Just picked up a heroic sha sword last night and it's going to replace the normal Nazgrim mace for TG fury. However, I realized I'm not having enough expertise and will need to reforge the sword's haste to expertise instead of mastery. I'm also losing like 4% mastery by doing that. There's also too much haste on my other pieces. Is that too much mastery to drop (41% to 37%)?

You should be losing just under 2%, which is fine considering the alternative is not having expertise cap.

Are you using EXP/CRIT gems instead of STR/CRIT gems in your Red sockets? If not, then do so because it will help you reach the expertise cap and you can then reforge Haste into Mastery.

Doesn't matter. Weapon dmg > stats (in general.) You are forced to use the sha sword until you get a weapon that is better.
