Probably will be the first thing the iron horde will take out if he doesn't ally himself with them. Seeing as how the trailer had subjugated Gronns i think the latter will be the case.
It should be a younger babby Gruul involved in some quests or something. o.o
It would be nice, but since it is alternative present of Draenor he might not exist (never been born). On the other side, a lot of old heroes "coming back", maybe the old enemies will show up as well.
Gruul beat up Deathwing during the second war when Deathwing went to outland.
yes, he might be back and he might not....the point is mute

Well it'd be one of the first times they've reused a boss in the past, rather than just bring them back in the present like they did with Onyxia. I don't count the CoT bosses.
I don't want to see him as a boss, but it would be cool to see him in Golgarond as part of a story-line. Or maybe we could fight him as a world boss after the Iron Horde gives him all kinds of armor and weapons, and when we defeat him all that stuff breaks off and he retreats.
Gruul was getting his ass beat until Khadgar broke off some of Deathwing's armor though.
3 hints to surviving MMO-C forums:
1.) If you have an opinion, someone will say that it is wrong
2.) If you have a source, there will be people who refuse to believe it
3.) If you use logic, it will be largely ignored
btw: Spires of Arak = Arakkoa.
I'm not overly fund of Blizz's way to bring back lore characters/old bosses because it's cliché for both Warcraft and other stories.
As long as he's not a boss, I'm fine with it.
Gruul is big, but I believe, before Draenor lost 50% of it's landmass and creatures, that he is nothing compared to the Gronn that dwelled the land 35 years ago.
