The Gronn haven't shattered the Ogre's empire and taken up ruling it themselves in this timeline, so there's a good chance he isn't, unless I missed an announcement.

Don't worry, he was king of the Bladespires before he caught Gruul's attention. So if he appears, it will probably be to just get easily swept away as Thrall and Durotan help the players capture Bladespire Fortress.
