PC for WoW. Am I throwing enough money at it?

So, I'm buying my first decent PC. What do you think, can I raid 25mans with ultra settings with this thing?

    CPU: AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz
    MOBO: AMD 970
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD7950, 3Gt GDDR5 384bit
    RAM: 8Gt (2x4Gt) DDR3 1600MHz, CL9

I want to set my graphics to ultra and never touch them again. Can this PC run 25man AoE fest with bearable FPS? By bearable I mean above 25.

What resolution? Are you building it yourself? What's your budget?

I know more about Intel and Nvidia than I do AMD.

Do what you want with the gpu alot will say AMD is better than nvidia(not me). However I would get the intel I7 it will be better in the long run. And yes you will be able to play on ultra at 45-60 fps in 25 mans. However you might see drops down to 30 wow does not run that well compared to newer games. 25 man might be 30 fps where battlefield 4 will run a constant 70. The engine is just old and does not work well.

TLDR: Get an I7 instead, It will run ultra between 45-60 fps with spikes to 30, wow's engine sucks you can hold a constant 60 on BF4

If you're only planning on playing WoW I'd personally get an Intel CPU like the i5 4670k being WoW is mostly going to benefit from single thread performance rather than multi-thread and scale back on the GPU to like a HD 7870. If anyone says otherwise I'm using an OC'd HD 7850 and get 60fps maxxed out for the most part except when in SW and my CPU is a FX-6300 OC'd to 4.7Ghz.

I would suggest something more like this.

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus Z87-PRO ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($169.99 @ NCIX US)
    Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($67.49 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($84.65 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 3GB Video Card ($170.66 @ Newegg)

From what I understand, the most significant gains for WoW are going to be had through a better CPU and your current choice is going to bottleneck that graphics card. This setup will give you a strong CPU with a solid fan that will allow you overclock with ease if you decide to at a later date. Obviously the case is just a placeholder, that mostly comes down to personal preference (though air flow might be worth considering).

Yes, you're throwing enough money. No, you're not throwing enough money at the correct components. No, you wont be able to 100% ALL the settings. Shadows at max tanks performance, so all at ultra but shadow quality is achievable.

Changes can be made to accommodate budget, but i assume you already own storage, PSU and a Case since you didn't include it in your initial build.
Patch 1.12, and not one step further!

Resolution is the biggest factor in how much of a system you need. Are you running on a 1600x1200, 720P, 1080P?
If you have a microcenter near you check out their cpu/motherboard combos. Microcenter has the same CPU above for $199, and there combos deals with a motherboard included start at $265. You could go with i5-3570k for $149 instead. If you have no intentions of overlclocking your cpu theres a i5-4570 for $159.

I found this link the other day, http://www.gamersnexus.net/pc-builds...aming-pc-build

Not sure how close LoL and WoW are in requirements.
