I keep reading about annualized expansions with WoW but can't find a source for the information. Can anyone give me the source of this topic or is this all speculation?

Which source? They've been saying this every year, dating back to TBC. They have always wanted annual expansions.

They've always wanted them doesn't mean they are actually going to do them. I'm seeing a lot more talk about annualized expansions lately and I was confused by it so I asked for a source.

I didn't say they were going to do them.
And there isn't "a lot more talk" than there usually is. Every year they say it, every year people make a big deal about it, and every year people forgot about it until the next year.
