Gaming Desktop PC with Newegg credit

Budget: ~$600 ($700 MAX if it is that much better)
    Resolution: 1920x1080
Games / Settings Desired: Strictly WoW & maybe Heroes of the Storm once it comes out / High
Any other intensive software or special things you do: No
Do you need an OS?: Yes
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)? No

I'm looking to purchase a desktop pc from Newegg as I have credit from them. I have never built a PC before and don't plan to.
I have narrowed down my choices which are in the $500-600 range. I also posted a few which are over $600 and would like to know if it is worth the $100 upgrade. I appreciate all the help I can get.

    Will this work for you?

    1. Horrible. Old and hot CPU, video card on the edge between lower and middle class.
    2. Better cpu and bigger hdd, but other than that the same as above.
    3. Better graphics card than 2., but older cpu instead.
    4. CPU has about the same performance in games as 2., graphics card a bit better (but still worse than 3.)

    5. The most powerful from all these options, but still lackluster.
    6. Awful video card, not worth considering
    7. Same or worse as 5., but more expensive -> throw away
    8. Awful video card, not worth considering

As Tommys already pointed out: Number 2 is the best, because the nearly $100 more for Number 5 is not worth it.

Why do something simple, when there is a complicated way?
    Ryzen 7 2700X | BeQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4 | 16GB DDR4-3200 | MSI X470 Gaming Pro | MSI GTX 1070 Gaming X 8G | 500GB / 750GB Crucial SSD

    I did read that.

Make it a "build it yourself" project or get inferior performance.

It's really really easy and will only take up a few hours of your time.
