Finding a heroic raid group - which strategy is better?

I am looking for a new guild to move on. Preferably it should be 3/14-8/14 HC progressed.

I need advice on which strategy is more efficient:

a) Knocking on all guilds that interest me (on my current server) door saying hey I am good take me? (even if they are full on melee or warriors)

b) Posting in forums a short message about myself, so whoever is interested can approach me? I always thought that this method gets automated replies that they don't even read what you have to say. For example mentioning your raid times and them raiding completely different days, yet replying.

c) Searching guild recruitment forums to find 10 pages long guilds looking for a warlock (or ranged dps) or a healer until I finally find a guild looking for a warrior?

The reason I am asking is because as good I might be in the game, I am THAT horrible in public relations and sucking the leader or anyone/anything up.

1. Go to wowprogress.com
2. Look for guilds with the progress you prefer.
3. Check raid times/days and if they need the class you play.
4. Apply to the guild and hope you get accepted.
