Quartz - Change colors by target?

Maybe I'm missing something obvious. In the main Quartz menu, there are colored boxes to set the color of the bar for Casting, Channeling, etc. But setting a color for the Casting bar makes every targets bar the same color (my cast bar, enemy cast bar, focus cast bar, etc). Is there a way to make my cast bar one color and the enemy cast bar another color? Same for Channeling.
