Yeah very silly question I know but I want to be extra careful about this just in case...
I have the S23A700D Samsung screen, it's set on 120 Hz but I feel like playing Thief 3 and it has a problem with high refresh rate so the only fix to it is setting the screen to 60Hz, so my question is, is it fully safe to swap in between refresh rates often? From 120 Hz to 60 Hz and vice-versa?
Just want to make sure nothing gets damaged :P
